1) Turn your iPad so you are viewing it in landscape mode.

2) Turn Parallel mode on (top right hand corner of the screen)

3) If this is the first time you have used Parallel mode, tap the Read button in the top left corner of the screen to select a second translation.

1)     Reader: Tap the verse(s) you want to highlight.

2)     Popup box: Tap this box (it shows the number of verses selected).

3)     Tap to select from the available colors or tap the color chooser to create your own color.

Note: If you selected more verses than you intended to bookmark, tap the list and remove the ones you want to.

Optional: You can add a highlight color as well as name the bookmark with a title.

3)     Add a label(s) to your bookmark to categorize it for faster future reference (like Counseling, Encouragement, Fundamentals, etc.).

4)     Tap Save.

2) Restart the app.

3) The app should default to the downloaded version and allow you to use it without needing data.
Note: If the app sees any sort of connection to the internet, it will try to use it. If the connection goes in/out, then it will not work properly.
