Connecting to social media sites requires that you have a free YouVersion account. Here are the instructions for signing up on Android.
1) Home screen: Tap settings.
2) Tap Setup Your Account.
3) Select either Connect with Twitter or Connect with Facebook.
4) Complete the fields as prompted.
Note: You’ll need your login and password for each network you want to connect to.
