Issue – My Plan seems “stuck”?

If you can see your Reading Plan, but it just won’t advance to the next day, try one or both of the following  (A, B):

A.    Jump around the stuck day by:

  1. opening the plan to the stuck day
  2. tapping on the month button at the bottom
  3. select another day beyond the stuck day and complete it
  4. tap on the left arrow key to back up to the stuck day and complete it

B.  Try to advance to the next day using the website, by:

  1. finding a laptop or desktop computer
  2. visiting www.youversion.com
  3. signing-in at that site with the same username and password that you use on your mobile app
  4. tapping on PLANS
  5. opening the plan to the stuck day
  6. trying to complete the stuck day and advance to the next day
