It is possible to move icons around on your Apple device, and at times your Bible App icon may get moved off of the main page or into a folder with other icons so it is not readily visible.
To look for the brown Holy Bible icon, swipe your finger from right to left to see other pages of icons. Also, tap on any folders (icons that are made up of several little icons) to see if the Holy Bible icon has been put inside one of those folders or collections.
If you want to move the Bible App icon from where you find it to the main page of icons:
- Touch and hold the Bible App icon until it and all the other icons jiggle Note: Be careful not to tap on the X in a black circle, because that will delete the app.
- Then touch and drag the icon to where you want it to be. Note: Drag it off the edge if you want to move it to a different page. It may take a few tries. You may have to drag it near where you want it, release it, then drag it the rest of the way.
- Tap on the main button below the display to stop the apps from jiggling.
- Now you can tap the Bible App to launch it.
Alternatively, you can press the main button at the bottom of the screen to take you to the search page where you can enter “Bible” in the search bar. After you find it… then you can use the process above to move it to where you want it.
